Return Process

  Log into your Wolfgang account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
